Film thickness
Medium strength PVC film has a thickness of only 0.75mm, but its tensile strength is half that of steel. Therefore, the inflatable membrane structure has a very light weight, and the roof weight is only one thirtieth of conventional steel roofs, making it very suitable for large-span unsupported buildings in the middle and greatly reducing foundation costs.
Good self-cleaning property
PVDF membrane materials that have undergone special surface treatment have excellent self-cleaning performance, and dust that falls on the surface of the membrane material can be washed away by rainwater to achieve self-cleaning effect. This can maintain the white and beautiful appearance of the building for a long time.
Maintenance free, long-lasting service life
PVDF membrane material is resistant to various strong acid and alkali corrosion, aging resistance, and zero maintenance within 15-20 years of use. Its normal operating temperature is -40 to 70 ℃.
Excellent insulation performance
The surface of the coal shed is coated with the best energy-saving and environmentally friendly material - PVDF, which has high thermal reflectivity and heat dissipation rate, and low thermal conductivity. The insulation performance of single-layer film material is the same as that of 190mm thick brick wall.
Reduce lighting energy consumption
The B film material has a natural light transmittance of 10-15%, and the transmitted light produces uniform diffused light inside the structure, without shadows, glare, or blind spots. Under good external lighting conditions, there is no need for auxiliary lighting indoors, greatly reducing lighting energy consumption.
Flame retardancy
B-class flame retardant material with superior flame retardant performance, self extinguishing within 0.3 seconds after the flame leaves. Its excellent flame retardant and high temperature resistance can meet the standards of many countries such as China, the United States, Japan, France, and Germany.
